Some questions of charge (determination) of payment for heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water in connection with the change in price of natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

the mechanism of change by the heatsupplying organization (the contractor of delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water) the amount of charges for heat energy, delivery service of heat energy and supply of hot water in connection with the monthly change in price of natural gas (without change of rates for transportation services and distributions of natural gas, the trade allowance (markup) of the supplier) is used to consumers of heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water (except the population, budgetary institutions, the religious organizations) taking into account differentiation of rates which is determined according to Procedure for forming of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation and delivery, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for utilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2019, No. 30, Art. 1069);

change of the amount of charges for heat energy, delivery services of heat energy and supply of hot water to consumers (except the population, budgetary institutions, the religious organizations) in connection with the monthly change in price of natural gas (without change of rates for transportation services and distributions of natural gas, the trade allowance (markup) of the supplier) since charges for October, 2021 is reflected monthly in payment documents of the specified consumers sent in the month following settlement period;
