Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 571 "Some questions of management of the state investments" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 64, Art. 2116; 2020, No. 57, the Art. 1782, No. 89, the Art. 2853), having added with its Item 3-3 of the following content:

"3-3. Determine that for forming in 2021 of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022 the main managers of means of the government budget can submit till November 27, 2021 to the Ministry of Economics in electronic and paper type the documents for participation in selection of the state investment projects determined by subitems 1 - 4 Items 18 of the Procedure approved by this resolution concerning the state investment projects, the annual amount of expenses according to which in 2021 according to Item 30 of the Procedure approved by this resolution according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was partially redistributed, (are given) for implementation of other state investment projects (from one main manager of means of the government budget to other main manager of means of the government budget), and which it was supposed to complete in the current year and documents according to which were not filed in accordance with the established procedure till March 1, 2021.".
