About assignment for ensuring implementation of some measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" to perform distribution of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance in special fund of the government budget for the program 3511380 "The measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by transfer to the Ministry of Justice of part of budget settings in the amount 34576, by 02 thousand hryvnias namely:
12464, 7 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) (from them compensation - 10217 thousand hryvnias) - for implementation of surcharge to the salary to health workers of public institution "Center of health protection of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine" and its isolated structural divisions which are directly engaged at works on liquidation of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;
22111, 32 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) - for purchase of individual protection equipment for the purpose of covering of requirement of public institution "Center of health protection of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine" and its isolated structural divisions providing medical care by the convict and to persons detained.
2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for ensuring implementation of some measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects which is applied.
3. Provide:
1) to the Ministry of Justice - approval of distribution of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;
