According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for expense recovery of the Ukrainian air carriers during introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for expense recovery of the Ukrainian air carriers during introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Expense Recovery of the Ukrainian Air Carriers during Introduction of Rationing Anti-epidemic Arrangements for the purpose of Prevention of Distribution in the territory of Ukraine Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 Caused by Coronavirus" program (further - budgetary funds).
