In pursuance of subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of October 20, 2020 No. 937-IX "About measures of counteraction to spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19) and protection of all systems of life activity of the country against negative effects of pandemic and new biological threats", according to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of work of mobile (portable) crews of testing and intake of biological material for diagnosis of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.

2. The Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional and in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide to public administrations:

1) expansion of mobile offices for testing and intake of biomaterial for diagnosis of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus in case of impossibility of arrangement by the healthcare institutions providing primary medical care and physical persons - entrepreneurs who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice and provide on its basis the medical attendance of the population which is directly connected with rendering primary medical care, places of testing and intake of biological material for carrying out laboratory researches on sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus with observance of requirements of infectious control;
