Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2021 No. 677 "Some questions of forming and use of the certificate confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus negative result of testing or recovery of person from the specified disease" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 54, the Art. 3342, No. 76, the Art. 4771) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2021 No. 1126, changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:

Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Procedure for forming of the international COVID certificate confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus for issue to some categories of foreigners and to stateless persons which on legal causes live or are in the territory of Ukraine.";

Item 5 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"till December 31, 2021 to develop and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for approval the draft of regulations of the address of keys for the certificate and check of reality of COVID certificate.";
