According to part two Item 37-5 of Article 7, to Item "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of June 19, 2020 No. 738-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of investment attraction and implementation of new financial instruments" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 1, 2015 No. 1597 "About approval of the Regulations on prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market and requirements to risk management system", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2015 for No. 1311/27756, "the stock market and requirements to risk management system" shall be replaced with words "the capital markets and the organized goods markets".

2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market and requirements to risk management system approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 1, 2015 No. 1597, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2015 for No. 1311/27756 (with changes) which are applied (further - Changes).

3. Department of methodology of corporate management, corporate finances, financial instruments in the capital markets and the organized goods markets (Budenny A.) provide:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective since April 1, 2022, except for paragraphs of the twenty fourth and twenty fifth subitem 3 Items 4, of the paragraph of the twelfth subitem 2 and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 6 of Item 5, of paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 4 Items 6, of the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 2 and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 5 of Item 7, of the paragraph of the seventh subitem 2 and paragraphs of the tenth and eleventh subitem 3 Items 8, of the paragraph of the twelfth subitem 3 and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 6 of Item 9, of paragraphs of the thirteenth, twenty fifth and twenty sixth Item 10, of the paragraph of the fifth subitem 2 and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 5 of Item 12 of Changes which become effective from the date of entry into force of regulatory legal acts of the Commission which establish the minimum size of the original capital for the corresponding types of professional activity in the capital markets and the organized goods markets, but not earlier than July 1, 2022, and also the paragraph of the fifth subitem 4 and paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 5 of Item 11 of Changes which become effective since January 1, 2023.

5. Determine that the requirements to the minimum size of the regulatory capital of the operator of the organized market of the capital provided by the paragraph the twelfth the subitem 3 of Item 9 of Changes are applied till December 31, 2022 with 0,75 coefficient.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Baramiya I.
