About modification of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and about procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions, approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017

Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and on procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 85-91, 235), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 4 after the concept "insurance years of service depending on age" to add 1) with the following concept:

"the allowance of solidarity - difference between the size of the estimated pension and the size of minimum pension for the corresponding category of pension;";

Item 10 after words to "the available insurance years of service" to add 2) with the text", but at least 50 percent of minimum pension,";
