About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and about procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions

Based on the Law No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and on procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions according to appendix No. 1.

2. Since April 1, 2017 to National cash desk of social insurance to perform, according to the preliminary schedule, valorization of pension of receivers of the pensions appointed in 2001-2008 according to provisions of this resolution.

3. Determine that valorization of the average monthly insured income for paid pensions will be performed according to the following stages:

since November 1, 2017 – valorization of the pensions granted in 2009-2011;

since April 1, 2018 - valorization of the pensions granted to receivers of pensions in 2012-2013;

since October 1, 2018 - valorization of the pensions granted to receivers of pensions during the period from January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017.
