About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 9
Based on part three of article 127 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 415-Z "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)", the paragraph of the twelfth subitem 5.7 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out the electronic biddings selling property in procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 9, the following changes:
in Item 9 part one to replace the word "seventh" with the word "sixth";
in Item part two 21, Item 26, the word "act" to replace Item 33 parts two with the word "protocol" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 13, 2019.
