About approval of forms of protocols on the biddings in procedures of insolvency or bankruptcy
Based on subitem 5.10 of Item 5 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
form of the protocol on results of the biddings in the form of auction, tender according to appendix 1;
form of the protocol on results of the biddings in the form of electronic auction according to appendix 2;
form of the protocol on recognition of the biddings cancelled according to appendix 3;
form of the protocol on recognition of the biddings not carried out according to appendix 4;
form of the protocol on cancellation of results of the biddings according to appendix 5.
2. The organization and carrying out the electronic biddings selling property in cases on economic insolvency (bankruptcy) on which production is initiated by the court considering economic cases till October 1, 2023 is performed according to the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out the electronic biddings selling property in procedures of the economic insolvency (bankruptcy) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 9.
