Bring in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545), changes which are applied.

1. "The customs code of Ukraine" to add Item 1 paragraph two after words with the words "and the Law of Ukraine " about the market of electrical energy ".
2. The paragraph one of Item 25 after words "pipeline transport" to add with words ", power lines".
3. To add Item 26 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In case of movement of goods through customs border of Ukraine by power lines during which there are variations of overflows of electrical energy from planned values connected with ensuring parallel work between power supply systems of the countries (or their parts) which are drawn up by purchase and sale agreements of electrical energy with operators of system of transfer of the adjacent countries, and also other legal entities under agreements on settlement of variations from the planned interstate flows, with the subsequent movement through frontier of Ukraine, the additional declaration moves the operator of system of transfer or person authorized by it according to the procedure, determined by this Item, to the 25th following each calendar month of movement of these goods through customs border of Ukraine.".
