THE ORDER OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY CONCERNING PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION OF UKRAINE

of August 20, 2021 No. 539/21

About approval of the Procedure for test of the fact of representation by subjects of declaring of declarations according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and notifications of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about cases of non-presentation or untimely submission of such declarations

According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, "About prevention of corruption" ORDER to part one of article 51-2 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for test of the fact of representation by subjects of declaring of declarations according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and notifications of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about cases of non-presentation or untimely submission of such declarations which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of September 6, 2016 No. 19 "About approval of the Procedure for test of the fact of representation by subjects of declaring of declarations according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and notifications of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about cases of non-presentation or untimely submission of such declarations", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2016 for No. 1479/29609 (with changes).

3. To submit to management of conducting special checks and monitoring of conduct of life this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Roman Sukhostavts.
