Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 14, No. 17, the Art. 664, No. 27, the Art. 1442, No. 35, the Art. 2100, No. 47, the Art. 2921, No. 50, the Art. 3075, No. 62, the Art. 3926, No. 76, the Art. 4771, No. 78, the Art. 4913) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 20, 2021 No. 1096, of June 29, 2021 No. 677 "Some questions of forming and use of the certificate COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease negative result of testing or recovery of person from the specified disease" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 54, the Art. 3342, No. 76, the Art. 4771) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 6, 2021.
