Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 14, No. 17, the Art. 664, No. 31, the Art. 1786, No. 47, the Art. 2921, No. 50, the Art. 3075, No. 53, the Art. 3275, No. 54, the Art. 3342, No. 62, the Art. 3926, No. 69, the Art. 4383, No. 76, the Art. 4771, No. 78, the Art. 4913) - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 20, 2021 No. 1096 and of November 29, 2021 No. 1237, changes which are applied.

1. To add the subitem 5 of Item 2-2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The conditions of crossing of frontier on entry into Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons provided by subitems 4 and 5 of this Item do not extend to cases, stipulated in Item 41-10 these resolutions.".
2. In paragraph one of the subitem 20 of Item 3 of the word and figures "provided by Article 59 part three" shall be replaced with words also in figures "provided by Article 59 part three (except paragraph two of part three of this Article)", the word and figures "Article 111" - words and figures "Article 111 (except the paragraph of the fourth of part one of this Article)".
