For the purpose of implementation of requirements of part nine of Article 38, of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", providing the rights and the interests of potential buyers of assets (property) of banks protected by the law which are removed from the market or are liquidated according to Item 10 parts one, to Items 1-1 and 2 of part five, part six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on the commission on consideration of claims and preparation of offers concerning the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of March 30, 2017 No. 1302, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2017 for No. 544/30412 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 20, 2017 No. 3116) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
