RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

of November 30, 2021 No. 127

About approval of Changes in Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and calculation of help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 36, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of calculation of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and calculation of help value of hryvnia exchange rate to US dollar and book price of bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 10, 2019 No. 148 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 4, 2022.
