About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319 "About unified information system of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, Art. 1427; No. 35, Art. 4974; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2793; 2021, No. 3, Art. 581).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

1. In item 4:

a) words of "acceptance in system" shall be replaced with words "placements in system";

b) after the words "earlier it was technically impossible" to add with the words "including information (documents) which contains in the state and (or) municipal information systems and (or) joins in the state and (or) municipal information systems without fail including information systems of ensuring town-planning activities, and contains in registers which maintaining is performed according to the Federal Laws".

2. In Item 1 of the requirements to technological, program, linguistic, legal and organizational means of ensuring of use of unified information system of housing construction approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the subitem "a":
