The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community (further - EurAsEC or Community) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, the Statement of heads of states "About ten simple steps towards to simple people", the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998 and the Protocol on accession of the Republic of Tajikistan to the specified Agreement signed on February 26, 2002

understanding need of joint use of the available achievements in the field of the higher education, feasibility of further development of national systems of the higher education and creation of general educational space,

pursuing single policy in system of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills,

wishing to promote expansion and deepening of cooperation in the field of preparation and certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills,

showing care of further increase in intellectual and creative potential of job seekers of academic degrees,

aiming at streamlining, mutual recognition and establishment of equivalence of documents on academic degrees,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement extends to documents of the state sample on award of the academic degrees issued in the territory of state members of EurAsEC.

Article 2

The bodies of state members of EurAsEC responsible for implementation of this agreement, their authorized state bodies of certification are.
