About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2014 No. 686

Based on Item 7 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of functioning of the markets approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2014 No. 686, the following changes:

"retail" to exclude the word from the paragraph of the seventh Item 2;

the second Item 36 to state part in the following edition:

"If other is not provided in part three of this Item, essential terms of the contract about provision of the trade place in addition to the conditions established by the legislation are:

number and size of the trade place;

the term for which it is provided;

conditions and the amount of the rent for the trade place and payments for rendering services (except for case of the conclusion of the agreement of free use);

the right of administration of the market to terminate the agreement on provision of the trade place in cases:

non-presentations of administration of the market of documents which availability on each trade place during the entire period of work in the market is provided in Items 47 and 49 of these rules;

receipts of written idea of the authorized controlling (supervising) body of numerous identification (two and more times within 12 months in a row) violations by the seller of the consumer protection law, these rules and (or) other rules of sales of goods.";

in Item 47:
