1. Approve Rules of functioning of the markets (are applied).
1-1. Determine the list prohibited to sale in the territory of commodity market according to appendix 1.
2. Grant the right to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade to make explanations about procedure for application of Rules of functioning of the markets.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 22, 2014.
