About approval of Changes in the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of goods using the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document

According to  Article part two 246, to parts one, third Article 247 of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of ensuring realization of Item 38 of the Section VI of the actions plan on reforming and development of system of the bodies realizing customs policy, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the order of May 13, 2020 No. 569-r:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of goods using the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 631, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 10, 2012 for No. 1360/21672, which are applied.

2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine within 30 days from the date of official publication of the order to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order and to provide the organization of work of divisions of customs competences.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
