About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About mail service" on settlement of courier communication

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About mail service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 39) the following changes:

1. Add Article 1 taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"departmental courier communication as a part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of the departures containing information which is the state secret and/or office information, to users in system of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in peace time and the special period";

"courier communication (government courier communication, departmental courier communication as a part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) - the component of mail service of Ukraine intended for acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of the departures containing information which is the state secret and/or office information, to separate categories of users".

2. In part two of Article 2 of the word of "appointment (courier and special communication)" shall be replaced with words "appointments, courier communication (government courier communication, departmental courier communication as a part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine)".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
