About additional measures for further enhancement of activities of the Agency on anti-corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of enhancement of organization-legal and financial mechanisms of anti-corruption, involvement of the public to these processes, and also increase in efficiency of interdepartmental interaction according to the prevention of corruption:
1. Assign to anti-corruption Agency (further - the Agency) the following additional tasks:
order placement on preparation of materials on ensuring openness of activities of state bodies and organizations;
financing of projects of the non-state non-profit organizations and other institutes of civil society aimed at providing openness of activities of state bodies and organizations, and also researches and the social surveys conducted in this direction;
rendering assistance in preparation, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of anti-corruption.
2. Create in the Agency the Fund of development of public control (further - Fund) without formation of legal entity rendering assistance to financing of actions for implementation of the tasks assigned to it.
Determine sources of forming of fund:
the means which are annually provided in parameters of the Government budget;
income gained from placement of free money on deposits of commercial banks;
grants and means of the international organizations;
other sources which are not prohibited by acts of the legislation.
3. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of development of public control of the Agency on anti-corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
4. Determine that since January 1, 2022:
a) The agency for implementation of the tasks assigned to it has the following rights:
receipt of data on corruption offenses from electronic databases of law enforcement agencies;
creation of joint working groups for carrying out researches and administrative investigations, and also preparation of analytical materials;
