About change of the Regulations on administration of budget classification

According to Item provisions (1) 1) of Article 20, of Item 2) of Article 27 and the Items 1)-2) of article 65 of the Law on public finance and tax and budget responsibility No. 181/2014 and for the purpose of regulation in the field of budget classification I ORDER to part:

In appendix to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 40 of April 8, 2016 "About approval of the Regulations on administration of budget classification" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 106-113, of the Art. 617), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Bring the new head of the following content:

"II-1. Administrators of the Income (AI)

5-1. The administrator of the income - budget body / the budget institution given the right of collection/return, accounting and receipt control to budgets components of the national public budget and their calculations and collection, responsible for correctness.

5-2. Administrators of the income are established according to regulations based on which collection of the income and other receipts in the national public budget is established.

5-3. The list and codes of administrators of the income are provided in appendix No. 5-1 to this Provision."

2. To appendix No. 6 to exclude Item 1 from notes.

3. In all text of the order and appendices expression "Management budget the politician and budget synthesis" to replace with expression "Management budget the politician and synthesis".

4. To add regulations on administration of budget classification with appendix 5-1 in edition of appendix to this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
