RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2016 No. 100

Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289, and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2016 No. 100 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Procedure for Forming, Financing, Accomplishment and Efficiency Evaluation of Implementation of State Programs" and "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Health and Measures for Implementation of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360";

1.2. in Item 1:

"enclosed" to exclude the word;

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

1.3. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs approved by this resolution:

to exclude from Item 1 of the word "Republic of Belarus";

from paragraph one of Item 2 of the word", the approved Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289 "About procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2016, 1/16563)" to exclude;

the fifth Item 5 to exclude the paragraph;
