This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022, except for paragraph two of the subitem "i" of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since December 27, 2021, and is not applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases, invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of this resolution, including to contracts, information on which is included in the register of the contracts signed by customers about day of entry into force of this resolution.
