proceeding from need of coordinated actions in the field of the international automobile communication,
aiming to provide favorable conditions for free movement of vehicles between the State Parties of the Customs union and en route through their territories,
in view of provisions of the Convention on the international motor transportations of passengers and baggage of October 9, 1997 (Bishkek),
agreed as follows:
According to this agreement regular and irregular transportations of passengers, baggage and loads between the State Parties of this agreement and en route through their territories by the vehicles registered in these states are performed.
Determination of competent authorities of the Parties, the special terminology applied in this agreement are given in the Protocol attached to this agreement which is its integral part.
1. Regular transportations of passengers by buses between the territories of the states of the Parties or en route through their territories are performed based on the permissions issued by competent authorities of the Parties, according to the procedure, determined by the Convention on the international motor transportations of passengers and baggage of October 9, 1997 (Bishkek).
