About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 34, 45 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of June 30, 2021 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of questions of the organization of corporate management in banks and other questions of functioning of bank system" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 1587-IX

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 10 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"10. All owners of essential participation and key participants in structure of property of bank shall within 10 working days from the date of approach of corresponding changes provide to bank information and documents necessary for accomplishment by bank of the requirements provided by this Provision.";

In paragraph one of Item 13 of the Section II of figure "10" to replace 2) with figures "15".

2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the organization of internal audit in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 10, 2016 No. 311 (with changes) which are applied.
