About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Provisions on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 2 after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"The decision of National Bank on determination of person connected with bank becomes effective from the date of, its acceptance following behind day.".

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The National Bank in day of decision making about determination of face (persons) tied (connected) with bank informs bank information on the made decision in writing (in paper or electronic form).";

3) in item 4:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"4. The bank has the right after receipt of the notification of National Bank on determination of person connected with bank to submit to National Bank the petition for determination of lack of signs of coherence of person with bank with reasons and supporting documents.";
