About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of aggregators of demand management on electrical energy in Power pool system of Russia

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of aggregators of demand management on electrical energy in Power pool system of Russia.
2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 2-month time to review the maximum level of the prices (rates) for services of "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" joint-stock company established on the limiting second half of the year 2022 (Moscow) on supervisory control in power industry regarding the organization of selection of contractors and fee for ensuring system reliability, services in forming of technological reserve of capacities. Determine limiting amount of the means intended for fee on demand management on electrical energy for 2022 proceeding from the approved expenses on their payment for 2021 taking into account parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, and also taking into account the actual economy of funds for fee by demand management on electrical energy for 2021.
3. To executive bodies in the field of state regulation of rates in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol within 2 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to review the sizes specified in paragraph four of Item 6 of appendix No. 12 to the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of the power" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2014 No. 321 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of power", established for 2021 since July 1, 2021.
