About payments in the form of subsidies per unit of the agricultural products realized and (or) sent to processing (conversion)

Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy", and also for the purpose of realization of the Regulations on procedure for subsidizing of activities of the subjects performing activities in the field of the agro-industrial production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2014 No. 954, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that in 2022:

1.1. from means of local budgets direct payments in the form of subsidies per unit of the agricultural products realized and (or) sent to processing (conversion) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are provided (further - allowances);

1.2. types of agricultural products on which allowances are paid are implemented to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of agricultural products, and (or) sent to processing (conversion) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:

cow's milk;

milk mare's;

milk goat;

milk sheep;

the young growth of cattle of milk breeds made on livestock objects for cultivation and fattening of cattle;

cattle of meat breeds and their hybrids;

sheep;

wool sheep;

millet (classes 1 and 2);

barley (class 1);

buckwheat;

trust of flax-dolguntsa;

1.3. payment of allowances is made:

in sizes according to appendix - legal entities, including their separate divisions, having available farmlands of agricultural purpose and making agricultural products, except for the legal entities specified in paragraph three of this subitem;
