About modification of procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective since October 1, 2022.

The changes made to procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. In Item 18:

a) in paragraph one of figure "40" to replace with figures "40, 44,";

b) after the paragraph of the twelfth (after the table) subitem 14 to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"In the Russian Federation at number 16 when declaring the forest products which are subject to accounting according to the forest legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the forest relations according to the list of codes according to the CN FEA EEU the compound code according to the following scheme is specified:

element 1 - code according to the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity (further - OKPD 2);
