According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of refining of actions of professional participants of the capital markets for ensuring accomplishment of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) enacted by the corresponding Presidential decrees of Ukraine, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 13, 2015 No. 1707 "About procedure for accomplishment by stock market participants of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2015 for No. 1325/27770, the following changes:

1) in heading of this Solution of the word of "stock market" shall be replaced with words "capital markets";

2) in Item 1:

in paragraph one of the word of "stock market" shall be replaced with words "capital markets";

add subitem 1 with the words "restriction of trading activities", "total/total or partial ban of transactions on securities which issuers are persons to whom sanctions according to the Law of Ukraine " about sanctions " are applied";
