1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of assignment of class ranks by the government civil servant and local government officer of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2016 No. 308 the following changes:

2) in Regulations on the Commission on consideration of offers on the assignment, lowering and deprivation of the highest class ranks of the public and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Activities of the Commission are provided with the sector of personnel work of department of human resources management of management of preparation of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic which is the secretariat of the Commission.";

- to state paragraph two of Item 9 in the following edition:

"The commission chairman has the right to delegate powers of the commission chairman on permanent basis to one of members of the commission.".

2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of assignment of class ranks by the government civil servant and local government officer of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2016" of June 26, 2018 No. 141.
