About some questions of reorganization of the subordinated organizations of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to Article 45 of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 1994 and the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize limited liability partnership "The republican center of geological information Kazgeoinform by transformation to National Geological Service joint-stock company.
2. Reorganize National Geological Service joint-stock company (further – society) by accession to it of joint-stock company "The national prospecting company "Kazgeologiya" in accordance with the established procedure after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
3. Determine the purpose of activities of society development of information and scientific basis of subsurface use in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Determine the main objects of activity of society:
collection, storage, generalization, systematization and the analysis of geological information together with scientific institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of geology;
rendering complex service support to investors by means of:
open access to geological information;
operation of National Bank of these mineral resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) approval of the charter of society and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) transfer to Committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of society;
