1. To exclude the subitem 315 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459,.
2. To state the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, in the following edition:
"16) provides the state support of subjects of managing in agro-industrial complex, in particular, farms, agricultural cooperation, agricultural consultative activities, producers of organic agricultural products, enters the information about producers of agricultural products in the State agrarian register;".
