According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine", to Articles 146, 147 Laws of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", article 80 of the Law of Ukraine "About private international law", to Articles 128 - 130, 500, 501 Code of civil procedure of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for execution of international treaties concerning rendering legal assistance in cases concerning delivery of documents, receipt of proofs and recognition and execution of judgments approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Public judicial administration of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 1092/5/54, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 02, 2008 for No. 573/15264, which are applied.
2. To department of international law (Andreyeva T.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
