1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2005 No. 367 "About enhancement of stimulation of creative activity of young scientists":
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out annual open republican tender for purpose of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus the talented young scientist approved by the Decree:
in Item 8:
in part two of the word "October 20" shall be replaced with words "on November 1";
in part three of the word "November 25" shall be replaced with words "on December 1";
in paragraph three of Item 10 of the word "science, education, health care, culture" (National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.09. 1/14521) "shall be replaced with words" 2013, spheres of science, education, health care, culture, youth policy";
1.2. exclude from structure of the Interdepartmental commission on consideration of candidates for purpose of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus the talented young scientist approved by the Decree, G. V. Palchika.
