About expenses of republican fund

1. Direct in 2021 the remaining balance of means of republican fund of universal servicing of communication and informatization formed for January 1, 2021 in the amount 11 485 286, 72 rubles to financing of expenses of this fund according to appendix.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of republican fund of universal servicing of communication and informatization approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2020 No. 13, the following changes:

third subitem 6.2 of Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"capital investments in fixed assets.";

in Item 8:

the second to add part with the words "according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";

add Item with part of the following content:

"The Ministry of Finance in the course of execution of the republican budget has the right to make changes to expenses, deficit (surplus) and sources of financing of deficit (the direction of use of surplus) of the republican budget in connection with the direction of remaining balance of the fund formed for January 1 of the corresponding financial year on expenses of fund according to part two of this Item.".

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs of the fourth or seventh of Item 2 - since January 1, 2022;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
