About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2009 No. 42
Based on part two of Item 6 of the Rules of implementation of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 15, of subitems 6.16-2 and 6.19-1 of Item 6, of part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2009 No. 42 "About measures for enhancement of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of the word "and subitems 6.191 and 6.192 of Item 6" shall be replaced with words "subitems 6. 162, 6.191 and 6.192 Items 6, Item 11 parts one";
1.2. in part two of item 4 of the Regulations on the head of the realtor organization approved by this resolution:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"being the head of the realtor organization, in which activities within three last years established facts of concealment from the taxation of the income or other violations made during finding of this person as the head, which entailed cancellation or cancellation of the license;";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"on which within the last year the decision on cancellation in the cases specified in Items 75, 76 and the paragraph third Item 85 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450, or about cancellation in the case provided in subitem 88.2 of Item 88 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity, special permission (license) for implementation of lawyer activities, activities for rendering legal services was made;";
