On representation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection to add appendix 4 to the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 waste (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "Report on the treatment of production wastes" approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2018 No. 103, with line items of the following content:
