1. Enter temporary state price regulation on:

1) retail sale of the liquefied oil gas for gas station of motor transport at autogas-filling stations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) wholesale of the liquefied oil gas through electronic trading platforms.

2. Establish marginal prices on:

1) retail sale of the liquefied oil gas for gas station of motor transport at autogas-filling stations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) wholesale of the liquefied oil gas through electronic trading platforms according to appendix 2 to this order.
