1. In the paragraph the thirty sixth Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2018, No. 100, Art. 3319; 2021, 82, the Art. 5253) figures "90" to replace No. with figures "100".
2. In item 4 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for creation of modern clinical base for treatment of oncological diseases at National institute of cancer approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 2021 No. 484 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 41, the Art. 2473):
Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:
"4. Budgetary funds are allocated for construction, reconstruction and restoration of buildings and constructions for creation of modern clinical base for treatment of oncological diseases at National institute of cancer in the directions:";
The paragraph third after the word "examination" to add 2) with words of "expert evaluations".
3. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for creation of biocluster "Biological safety and development of biotechnological technologies" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 18, 2021 No. 869 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 68, the Art. 4263):
