About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 and of July 28, 2021 No. 854

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 "Some questions concerning agreements on reimbursation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Art. 717; 2020, No. 97, the Art. 3130) and of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, the Art. 4230) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 and of July 28, 2021 No. 854

1. According to the procedure of the conclusion, change and termination of the contract about reimbursation, No. 136 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019:

1) in Item 9:

in paragraph one of figure "10" to replace with figures "20";

the paragraph two after the word "begins" to add with the words "from the next day from the date of filing of application by pharmaceutical institution";

2) to add the Procedure with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1. The pharmaceutical institution after agreement signature specifies drugstores and pharmaceutical Items in which leave of medicines under the agreement according to groups/groups of conditions (nozologiya) in system will be performed.".
