1. Establish the purchase order (procurement, delivery) in 2022 of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs (further - the state order) in amounts according to appendix.
2. Determine the Belarusian national association by procurement, conversion and delivery of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (further - national association of Belvtormet) and the organizations which are its part performing activities for procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (further, unless otherwise specified, - scrap metal), the state customers on supply (procurement, delivery) of scrap metal for the state (republican) needs.
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (further - state bodies):
3.1. in two weeks:
bring the state order to the corresponding legal entities at whom in the course of economic activity scrap metal is formed, and to provide control of its accomplishment, including of the conclusion by these legal entities of delivery contracts of scrap metal for the state needs;
send to national association of Belvtormet information about brought to legal entities at whom in the course of economic activity scrap metal, the state order is formed;
3.2. take other measures for accomplishment of the state order.
