About establishment of rates of export customs duties

Based on the paragraph of third Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2021 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties" and for the purpose of prevention of deficit of forest products and products of woodworking the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305

1. Establish till December 31, 2022 rates of export customs duties on the forest products and products of woodworking which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendices 1 and 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

appendix 1 - since January 1, 2022 is also effective about day of entry into force of appendix 2;

appendix 2 - from the date of entry into force of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 9, 2021 No. 144 "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of forest products, and also in some decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission";

other provisions of this resolution - since January 1, 2022.
