"6. Not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products of oral method of consumption ****

nicotine content – no more than 11 mg in one product

on consumer packaging shall be specified:

name of product

the name and the manufacturer's location (the address, including the country)

the name and the location of the importer (the address, including the country) – for the products delivered from the third countries

the name and the location of the organization registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and authorized by the manufacturer on adoption of claims from consumers. In case of absence of such organization it is specified that claims from consumers are accepted by the manufacturer (for the products made in the Republic of Belarus) or the importer (for the products delivered from the third countries)

"Prevention: in case of feeling sick after the use of product it is necessary to ask for medical care and to show packaging or the label of product to medical personnel"

"Do not eat food, do not drink and  do not smoke in the course of the use of product"

"The use more than one portion at the same time is not allowed"

"After use of product packaging shall be utilized as consumer wastes. Its reuse is forbidden"

The line spacing shall not exceed font height. Information shall be distributed regularly on all area allocated for texts. At the same time each text shall be applied on approximately equal quantity of units of consumer packaging of products

in marking of consumer packaging use of words, and (or) signs, and (or) symbols which can cause associations of products with food products is not allowed, including with nutritional supplements or which directly or indirectly can make impression that products have taste of food products or product is less unhealthy, than tobacco products. Also use on consumer packaging of images of food products, medicines, herbs, words and (or) phrases which directly or indirectly can cause associations of products with food products, medicines or herbs is not allowed

7. The nicotinocontaining liquids for electronic systems of smoking, electronic systems of smoking with the liquids for them which are structurally part of such systems ****
