Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2012 No. 425-Z "About the state innovative policy and innovative activities in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To exclude from the name of the Law and preamble of the word "in the Republic of Belarus".
2. In Article 1:
exclude paragraph two;
the third or fifth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"introduction in civil circulation of products, technology, service, organizational technical solution - making of any transactions which subject are rendering services, right to use provision products, technology, transition to other person of property rights to products, technology, organizational technical solution, including property rights on the results of intellectual activities used during creation of these of products, technology, organizational technical solution;
the venture organization - the organization, one of activities of which is financing of venture projects;
the venture project - the innovative project financed by the venture organization which implementation is connected with the increased risk of innovative activities caused by uncertainty of technological and market perspectives of application of the corresponding innovations;";
the ninth to exclude the paragraph;
the twelfth and thirteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"the scientific and technological park (further - technopark) - the subject of innovative infrastructure promoting development of entrepreneurship in scientific, scientific and technical and innovative spheres and creating conditions for implementation by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of technopark, innovative activities;
