About the order property and access provision

Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 "About the order state-owned property" and parts three of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2020 No. 168 "About the Unified register of property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 169

1. Accept gratuitously in property of the Republic of Belarus from property of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company one common (ordinary) share of Agency of Foreign Economic Activity open joint stock company.

2. Provide access to Agency of Foreign Economic Activity open joint stock company to the state information resource "Unified Register of Property" for accomplishment of the obligations assigned to this society by acts of the legislation.

3. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2020 No. 492 "About appointment of representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies" the following changes:
